ON THE RESULTS OF A SURVEY OF RUSSIAN SPECIALISTS ON THE CREATION OF AN ONLINE PLATFORM “SYSTEM OF SYSTEMS” DOORS WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THE BLACK SEA ENVIRONMENT

The article presents the results of a survey Russian oceanographers regarding need for data on physical, biogeochemical and biological state Black Azov Seas in order to form requirements creation an online platform System Systems (SoS) based modern tools, observations, modeling integration, performed according stakeholder methodology electronic questionnaire developed within framework international project “DOORS” Agreement N 075-15-2021-941 (13.2251.21.0008) with Ministry Science Higher Education Federation “Comprehensive studies ecological waters coastal zone northeastern shelf Sea participation DOORS”. One main goals DOORS is create test user-driven that will collect, integrate, provide its offer specialized services products basin communities.
